What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture “jump starts” the body’s innate healing capacity. Our bodies are incredible systems that can rebuild bone, muscle, tissues, nerves, and regulate hormones and brain chemistry all at the same time!
Acupuncture increases circulation, releases muscle tension, produces endorphins, reduces stress, calms the nervous system, regulates the immune system, reduces inflammation, and regulates the central nervous system. We are designed to heal.
Acupuncture helps us access more of our natural healing capacity.
What can it treat?
Acupuncture is often successful where other medical treatments are not. If you have symptoms your doctor cannot diagnose, or a complicated condition with many layers, acupuncture is a fantastic treatment option.
Acupuncture also treats everyday common complaints without the unwanted side effects of medication. Acupuncture can help you feel more energetic, emotionally balanced, and resistant to stress, even if you do not have any specific medical complaints.
Is it safe?
Acupuncture is extremely safe. In the hands of Bianca Iberle, MSOM, LAc, a properly trained licensed acupuncturist, there are virtually no negative side effects, and minimal risk in your treatments.
Your safety and well-being are our primary concern. Because needles are sterile and single-use, the risk of contagion or infection is almost zero.
